SYSTEM SUPPORT

We operate our IT system support as an off site IT department for our clients, either through our Complete IT support contract which includes preferential rates along with free hours, Remote and telephone Support from as little as £50.00 per month + VAT.

Alternatively a business can utilise our IT expertise as and when they need to on a hourly basis for as little as £35.00 per hour or part.

SYSTEM HARDWARE

We provide system hardware across both the IT, AV and CCTV security sectors. We strongly believe in only supplying brands that are both value for money and more importantly than anything reliable.

Regarding IT systems, we recommend Fujitsu due to their superior standard specifications, reliability and overall value for money.

When installing network systems, we tend to use D-Link components. D-Link products are very reliable and are more commonly supported by the more popular operating systems, ensuring minimal driver configuration issues.

PHYSICAL SECURITY SYSTEMS

We have an enormous wealth of experience within the technical security and CCTV sectors. For many years we have designed, installed and configured a vast range of systems ranging from basic static cameras and recorder in a small office block, to large complex remotely monitored bespoke systems installed on vulnerable and potentially dangerous operational sites.

Whatever your CCTV security needs, we will design, install and configure the complete system to meet your exact requirements and budget, however basic or complex they might be.

Although we can supply and install most systems, we prefer to recommend Dedicated Micros Recorders, Honeywell Microsphere Cameras and Optex Professional Sensors

IP BASED REMOTE SUPPORT

Our remote support facility allows us to log into your computer or CCTV system and resolve and issues or errors quickly and securely straight from of offices, ensuring rapid response and reducing down time.

In order to utilise our remote support service, all that’s needed is our software installed on your system and connection to the internet, it’s that simple!

Once a problem or fault is reported, one of our trained engineers will securely log onto your system while you sit back and watch us take control of all functions and work directly and remotely on a solution.

INTERNET SERVICES

We offer a wide range of internet services including E-mail, Domain Names, Site Design and Hosting, Broadband and E-mail Management.

We can provide you with an e-mail address of your choice (if available) by registering a domain name (eg www.ourbusiness.co.uk) and adding the email address (myname@ourbusiness.co.uk). This makes a far more corporate impression when using e-mail for business, as it includes the businesses name within the address so people can find your web site as well.
